Production Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and oversee all aspects of live event production

  • Manage budgets, crew schedules, and logistics

  • Communicate directly with clients and vendors

  • Ensure shows run on time and to Redrocket’s standards

  • Resolve any on-site challenges quickly and effectively

Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing live events or large productions

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

  • Strong problem-solving ability under tight deadlines

  • Flexible schedule and willingness to travel as needed

Stage & Rigging Crew Member

Build the Foundation for Unforgettable Shows

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and dismantle stages, truss systems, and rigging safely

  • Follow rigging plots and safety protocols

  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks

  • Support other production departments as needed

  • Maintain a clean, organized work area on site

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in stage setup and rigging

  • Strong understanding of safety standards

  • Good physical condition and stamina

  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends

LED Video Wall Technician

Make Visuals That Wow

Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and operate high-resolution LED video walls

  • Handle video signal routing and content playback

  • Work with media servers and live camera feeds (IMAG)

  • Maintain video equipment to ensure high performance

  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site video issues quickly

Requirements:
  • Familiarity with LED panels and processors

  • Basic knowledge of video signal flow and media servers

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality visuals

  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment

Lighting Designer & Operator

Craft Atmosphere with Creative Lighting

Responsibilities:
  • Design lighting plots for concerts, corporate events, and special productions

  • Program and operate intelligent fixtures and lighting consoles

  • Set up and test lighting systems on-site

  • Work closely with clients to match desired mood and style

  • Maintain and troubleshoot lighting gear

Requirements:
  • Experience with professional lighting consoles (Chamsys, MA, etc.)

  • Creative eye for color, texture, and timing

  • Ability to work at heights and handle rigging safely

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Audio Engineer

Bring Clarity and Power to Every Note

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and mix live audio for concerts, conferences, and festivals

  • Set up and maintain audio consoles, speakers, and wireless systems

  • Troubleshoot audio issues on the fly

  • Coordinate with artists, speakers, and production teams

  • Ensure clear, balanced sound for audiences of all sizes

Requirements:
  • Experience with digital audio consoles (Yamaha, DiGiCo, etc.)

  • Solid understanding of signal flow and RF systems

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights/weekends

  • Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
