When Aflac set out to celebrate its employees with an unforgettable week-long appreciation event, Kwokman Productions brought in Redrocket Productions to handle the full production design and execution at Columbus Civic Center. Together, we transformed their vision into a seamless, visually stunning experience that brought energy and excitement to every moment.

The Vision

Working with Kwokman Productions and Aflacs creative direction, our team developed detailed 3D renderings to map out the stage layout, custom LED video wall, full lighting package, crystal clear audio, and rigging solutions. These visuals allowed the Aflac team to preview exactly how their event space would come to life — ensuring everything from flow to sightlines was perfect before production began.

Once the designs and drawings were approved, our team got to work behind the scenes — prepping, planning, and ensuring every production element was seamlessly integrated for showtime. Redrocket Productions oversaw all aspects of technical production, coordinating closely with our partners to bring the event to life. Atlanta Rigging expertly handled all rigging and structural support, while Kwokman Productions managed live streaming, camera feeds, and overall event direction. Together, the collaboration resulted in a flawless execution from start to finish.
